What is Serendipity?
Especially in science, but also in literature, art and music, it has long been known that the most interesting results arise from all sorts of coincidences. ‘Serendipity’ is the term used to indicate this phenomenon. Serendipity then is the art of finding something valuable while you were not in search for it. Yet, at the same time it implies that it is important to be attentive and open to signals and coincidences.

Why a Serendipity Community?
Precisely because the role of instructor is so challenging, vicious, beautiful, inspiring and at the very least crucial, we want to durably bind the people who work with the SerendipityGame to us. This we do by means of the Serendipity Community, which you will become a member of for free when you purchase the game. The Serendipity Community is an international digital network – in Canada the first games have been sold as well – uniting people who work with the SerendipityGame. The Community enables these people to exchange questions about the game and its various variants; to share experiences with working with the game with different target groups, and; to discuss about dilemma’s they stumble across in their own role as instructor…
